View Full Version : Flash Player, Hosting it myself
My mp3 player seems to go on and off, sometimes working and sometimes not.
Is there a way for me to host bits of the player myself? (Such as the .xml document and the .swf file) Kind of like how the player used to be, so that when it wasn't working it was the hosting sites fault and all you had to do was to upload it to another site that was working at the time.

you can upload those to almost any hosting site.
But I mean like specifially, the .xml file because I know where to insert it and everything and I already have the plyaer.swf file which I could upload anytime but how the site automatically generates your xml file, how exactly do I get that?

I believe he wants to host it. He wants the file that is used.

Yes that's exactly what I'm asking.
Basically I just want to host the .xml and .swf files myself because honesty, using the site, it only seems ot work 1/2 the time and this way if it isn't working then it's my problem/fault and I can work it out myself.

I cannot give that to you. Perhaps Paul(POQbum) could.

the .swf file is not hard to get, I can't tell you how to get it though. but if you do get it, then host at any hosting site such as fileden or filelodge or snapdrive
