Why isn't my player working?

okay it's working in firefox but not in windows explorer, why please???

It should be working in both.
Were having database issues, our database server is overloaded.

So, were upgrading the player, and it should be working good in a few days, hopefully not more than a week.

On my two PC's IE is taking many minutes to load, but it does. FF loads/works fine except of course for the large space where the player used to be.

I assume that even tho my username and password are being rejected at Player Login that this is just symptomatic of the problem... yes?

I love my player and look forward to its revival.

I cannot even connect to my list here, though I am registered.
